Mr. Y. Sathish Reddy, a senior leader of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) put out pictures and a video with buffaloes ‘urging’ them not to go near the Vande Bharat Express track in Secunderabad.
Taking a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP,) the BRS leader was requesting buffalos to not come near the track. The mockery was in the view of the scheduled event of Mr. Narendra Modi, inaugurating the Secunderabad-Tirupati train.
Notably, in the past, several incidents across the country where the Vande Bharat Express was hit by buffaloes passing across the railway track. The video of the BRS is going viral on the social media platforms.
Meanwhile, According to the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO,) Mr. Narendra Modi would begin his two day south India tour from Telangana, following which he would go to Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
In view of the visit of PM Narendra Modi, the Telangana Government made an elaborate arrangement, including security of Mr. Narendra Modi. The platform number 10 of the Secunderabad Railway Station has been closed for the arrival of PM Narendra Modi. Notably, the PM of India would flag off the made in India, Vande Bharat Express between Secunderabad (Telangana) and Tirupati (Andhra Pradesh.)
Later in the day, Mr. Narendra Modi would also lay the foundation stone at the All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) in Bibinagar.
According to sources, Mr. Narendra Modi would launch development projects worth Rs. 11,300 crores in the poll bound Telugu State of Telangana.
