CM KCR Makes Comment On Advocate Murder Case In Assembly Session

K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, on the 17th of March, commented on the recent murder of advocate couple.

Answering the questions of the Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of opposition, Mr. Rao said he has nothing to do with the same. Clarifying his stand with the same, Mr. Rao said, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government condemned the atrocious murder, but Party has no role to play.

Updating about the investigation, Mr. Rao said, the Telangana Police is investigating the matter and arrested 6 people involved so far.

Police arrested Kuntha Srinivas, Chiranjeevi, Akkappa Kumar, Srinivas, Badari Lachchaiya and Veldi Vasantha Rao. We, our party have nothing to do with the lawyer couple murder case.

The statement of the TRS party zone president in the murder case is true. Only Marukshan, who knew about the matter, expelled him from the party. Was also arrested. They are also currently in jail. There is no compromise in this case. No one needs to worry about this case. The police are acting impartially.

On the 17th of February, a shocking murder was reported in Telangana’s Peddapalli district.

In the broad daylight, a few unidentified people murdered an advocate couple.

Identified as Advocate Gattu Vamana Rao and his wife Gattu Nagamani, the couple were stabbed to death. They were coming back from a local court in Manthani and on their way to Hyderabad, the incident took place.

According to sources, near Kalwacheral in Ramagiri mandal, a few unidentified people stabbed both the husband and wife.

Soon, a video of the incident went viral all over social media platforms.

In the video Vamana Rao (53) was lying in a pool of blood on the road while vehicles were seen passing by and his wife Nagamani (50) was lying badly injured in the car.

Eye witnesses of the incident called the police and they were rushed to a nearby hospital, where they died during treatment. According to a few witnesses, Kunta Srinivas, a local leader of theTelangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) is said to be involved in the murder case.

Of the three accused involved in the murder, two are identified as Kunta Srinivas a local Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) leader and Akkapaka Kumar.
