K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, who was scheduled to visit Karimnagar to review the ground level situation, postponed his visit.
On the 21st of March, KCR postponed his visit after the medical team in Karimnagar suggested to him to do so. The suggestion came in as the medical screening and other protective services could be affected by the visit of the Telangana Chief Minister.
However, K. Chandrashekar Rao is in touch with the medical team, over a call and spoke to the District collector and Superintendent of Police constantly.
The officers also assured KCR regarding the measures to curb the spread of the Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19.
