The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) President Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao criticised the move of Ms. Tamilisai Soundararajan, the Governor of Telangana, who met with PM Narendra Modi and spoke about the TRS Government.

Reacting to the same, KCR said, “Who is ignoring whom? Is the State Government ignoring the Governor or is it otherwise?”  On the 7th of April, KCR expressed unhappiness over the remarks of the State Governor and said, Ms. Tamilisai Soundararajan had ignored mentioning developmental activities in the State and instead praised the Union Government during her Republic Day speech.   He added that the Telangana Governor has ignored the State Government at many events and approached the Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) directly for issues in the Telugu State.

Speaking about the same, Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao said, “Instead of making suggestions to strengthen the health sector, the Governor was moving against the State Government.”

According to sources KCR was also not happy with the decision of the Governor to launch Praja Darbar to address the grievances of the common people without informing the KCR Government.   He also added, “Already, some ministers have started talking openly about what they call as misusing of Raj Bhavan for political purposes by the BJP.”

It is to be noted, the  Energy Minister of Telangana Mr. Jagadish Reddy said that when politics enter Raj Bhavan they know how to protect the State and the Party.

The comments and remarks of the Telangana Chief Minister came after the recent meeting between PM Narendra Modi and Ms. Tamilisai Soundararajan, held on the 6th of April, Wednesday.
