Visakhapatnam: Telangana chief minister A Revanth Reddy said that YS Sharmila is the real successor of former chief minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy. He said that Congress will fight for the rights of the AP and ensure that the Vizag steel plant will not get privatized.
Revanth addressed ‘Nyaya Sadhana Sabha’ at a public meeting at Visakhapatnam on Saturday and alleged that leaders of AP ignored the interest of the state and sacrificed the self respect at the feet of key leaders at Delhi. “Amaravati is ignored, Polavaram project is incomplete, people of AP were left in debt trap,” Revanth Reddy said.
Reddy said that YS Rajasekhar Reddy’s dream is to make Rahul Gandhi as prime minister of the country. YS Sharmila is working to fulfill it and she is the real successor of her father, He added.
CM Revanth asked the people of the state to bless the Congress party with a victory in 25 assembly and 5 parliament seats to fight for the rights of the state.
