In the Adilabad region of Telangana, a tragic accident killed four people and left a woman seriously injured.
On the 31st of October, a speeding car rammed into a truck, resulting in a major accident of a family of five people including two women. The victims were identified as Syed Rafathullah Ahmed (56,) his elder daughter Sabiyam Hasmi (26,) nephew Syed Wajahath (17,) Zubiya Hasmi, the younger daughter of Rafathullah Ahmed along with driver Shamshuruddin (50.) While four of them; Rafathullah, Sabiyam, Syed and Shamshuruddin died on spot, Zubia received serious injuries and was shifted to Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Medical Science (RIMS) in Adilabad. Her health condition is said to be critical, said the police who rushed to the spot and took control of the situation.
Getting into the details, the incident took place at Gudihathnoor Mandal in the Adilabad district, confirmed Gudihathnoor Inspector Mr. Nylu. He further added, the victims were residents of the Adilabad district and were travelling from Hyderabad when their car hit a truck.
Moreover, as per the initial investigation, rash driving by the driver of the lorry is said to be a reason behind the unfortunate incident, which occurred at 3:30 A.M., on the 31st of October.
Furthermore, a case has been registered and an investigation into the matter is underway.
