Mr. Somesh Kumar, the Chief Secretary of Telangana along with Mr. B. Janardhan, the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) Chairman and the Director General of Police (DGP) Mahender Reddy reviewed TSPSC exam preparations.
On the 11th of October, Mr. Somesh Kumar held a video conference with district collectors, commissioners of police and superintendents of police (SPs) and took stock of the arrangements made for the Group I Preliminary examination. The TSPSC Group I exams are scheduled to be held on the 16th of October.
For the exams, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) led Education Department organised 1,019 centres, with more than 3.8 lakh candidates appearing for the exams.
During the teleconference, the Telangana Chief Secretary Mr. Somesh Kumar asked the concerned officials to make elaborate arrangements, including clean rooms, adequate police protection and constant coordination with the police department. In addition, Mr. Somesh Kumar asked the collectors to conduct a meeting with all the line departments and ensure that all arrangements like drinking water, sanitation, etc., are made at the examination centres.
Furthermore, to ensure instant support and help, Mr. Somesh Kumar asked for a special control room to be set up in the office of the TSPSC.
Meanwhile, speaking of the TSPSC examination, hall tickets for the Preliminary Test (Objective Type,) scheduled to be held from 10:30 A.M., to 1:00 P.M., in all district centres, are available on the Commission’s Website; https://www.tspsc.gov.in/
Moreover, this is the first time that the TRS Government introduced a biometric feature for the students, appearing for the exam on the 16th of October.
As per the directions of Mr. Somesh Kumar, the concerned officials would act and make all the pending arrangements for the TSPSC Group I Examination.
