Hours after Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, announced to release government job notifications, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government issued notification.
According to the issued notification, government job vacancies have been released for 80,039 posts in the various departments of the Telangana Government.
The job notifications and departments are listed below:
Approximately 18,334 job posts would be filled in the Home Department, 13,086 in the Secondary Education department, 7,878 in the Higher Education department.
Furthermore, nearly 12,755 vacancies would be in the medical and health department. The Backward Class Welfare would have 4,311 job vacancies, Revenue Department ( 3,560.) Scheduled castes development department (2,879,) Irrigation and command area development department (2,692) and Tribal welfare department to have 2,399 vacancies.
In addition, minorities welfare to have 1,825 jobs, Environment forest science and technology to have 1,598, the Panchayat Raj and Rural Development to have 1,455 jobs, Labour and Employment – 1,221, Finance department (1,146,) Women, children, disabled and senior citizens (895,) Municipal Administration and Urban Development (859) and Agriculture and Cooperation department (801.)

Law – 386
Animal Husbandry and Fisheries – 353
General Administration – 343
Industries and Commerce – 233
Youth Advancement, Tourism and Culture – 184
Planning department- 136
Food and Civil Supplies – 106
Legislature department- 25
Energy department – 16
