On the 31st of January, Wednesday, the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) led Telangana Government issued transfer orders of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers.
In addition to the transfer of 15 IAS officers, the K. Chandrashekar Rao led Telangana Government also issued orders and promoted some additional collectors as collectors.
According to sources, Mancherial Collector Bharati Hollikeri is transferred and posted as Special Secretary and Commissioner, Women & Child Welfare & Senior Citizen Department. The Hanamkonda Collector Rajiv Gandhi Hanumanthu is transferred as Nizamabad Collector. Ranga Reddy district collector D Amoy Kumar is transferred as Medchal-Malkajgiri Collector, Adilabad collector Sikta Patnaik is transferred as Hanamkonda collector, while Kumram Bheem-Asifabad collector P.S. Rahul Raj is posted as Adilabad collector.
On transfer, Narayana Reddy is posted as a Vikarabad collector replacing K. Nikhila and Wanaparthy collector Shaik Yasmeen Basha is posted as the collector of Kumram Bheem Asifabad. In addition, Jagtial collector G. Ravi is posted as Mahbubnagar collector. S. Venkata Rao, the collector of Mahbubnagar has been shifted to Suryapet as a collector. Medak collector S. Harish is posted as Ranga Reddy collector, while GHMC Additional Commissioner Badhavath Santhosh is posted as a collector of Mancherial.
Furthermore, Sangareddy Additional Collector (local bodies) Rajarshi Shah is posted as Medak collector and Additional Collector (local bodies) Mahbubnagar Tejas Nandlal Pawar is posted as Wanaparthy collector.
The orders were issued by the BRS led Telangana Government on the evening of the 31st of January, Tuesday, with immediate effect.
