The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government, on the 23rd of October, appointed Venteru Prathap Reddy as the new Chairman of the Telangana State Forest Development Agency.
S.K. Joshi, the General Secretary of Telangana, issued the order. The official notice reads, “Government hereby appoint Shri. Venteru Prathap Reddy R/O of Burugupally Village, Gajwel Mandal, Siddipet district, as Chairman of Telangana State Forest Development Corporation Limited for a period of 2 years.”
The K. Chandrashekar Rao led TRS Government directed the Environment and Forest Ministry Department to provide Venteru Prathap Reddy with an office, vehicles, staff and other facilities.
After the appointment, Prathap Reddy met K. Chandrashekar Rao at Pragati Bhavan, Telangana and discussed the conservation of forests in the State.
Venteru Prathap Reddy will soon take over as the Chairman of the Telangana State Forest Development Agency.
