The K. The Chandrashekar Rao Government would follow the guidelines framed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR.)   A TRS official said the ex gratia would not be denied to the families of persons who have died of COVID-19 but have not mentioned the same reason in their death certificates.

The committee would propose remedial measures, including issuance of amended official documents for COVID-19 death after verifying facts.

After verification, the family would get the financial assistance within 30 days of the documents submission.

In addition, in the past few days, the State reported fewer cases of COVID-19, taking the active cases below 4,000, which is currently 3,746.
