The United States of America (U.S.A.,) is going to lift travel restrictions on fully vaccinated people from different countries, including India.
In regard to this, the U.S.A., Government released fresh guidelines of the Wuhan virus, also known as the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) for fully vaccinated travelers.
On the 26th of October, Tuesday, a senior administration official at White House said, “Under this new international air travel system, foreign nationals will need to be fully vaccinated, in order to fly to the United States. The new system also includes enhanced testing requirements, strengthened contact tracing, as well as masking. These are strict safety protocols that follow the science and public health to enhance the safety of Americans here at home, and the safety of international air travel.”
However, the people travelling to the United States need to present a negative Novel Coronavirus test before (RT-PCR) report while boarding a flight to the Country. Non vaccinated people traveling to the States need to show the COVID-19 Negative reported tested 24 hour prior to traveling. Entering States without vaccination is only allowed to the citizens of the United States with a negative test report.
Meanwhile, the foreign nationals who are vaccinated need to show RT-PCR Coronavirus negative test results and the certificate of being fully vaccinated. The new travel guidelines would be applicable to unvaccinated travellers including a U.S.A., citizen, lawful permanent residents (LPRs) or foreign nationals.
Also, children under 18 are exempt from the vaccination requirement for foreign national travellers. Therefore, children between the ages of 2 and 17 are required to take a pre-departure test. If travelling with a fully vaccinated adult, an unvaccinated child can test three days prior to departure (consistent with the timeline for fully vaccinated adults.
With all the aforementioned rules and guidelines, the United States of America would lift the travel restrictions specific to all countries and regions.
The White House released the fact sheet and fresh guidelines for travel into the United States, which would be in effect from the 8th of November.
