Chennai: The successful duo, Ajith and Siruthai Siva is gearing up to set silver screens afire with their next project. After scoring super hit with “Vedalam”, they are teaming up for their next film, which is yet-to-be-titled. Looks like Ajith and Siva are planning to score a hat-trick in the Kollywood.
Buzz says that the actress Anushka Shetty, who is chock-a-block with several assignments, has been roped in opposite Ajith in a romantic lead role. On the other, Tamannaah Bhatia’s name is also doing rounds in the industry. An official announcement is still awaited.
Touted to be a commercial entertainer, the film is tentatively titled “Ajith 57”. Music director Anirudh Ravichander, who composed tunes to “Vedalam”, is scoring music. The cinematography will be handled by Vetri, and the editing will done by Praveen. If all goes well, the regular shooting will commence in June.
