In a world where selfishness works more than humanity, a 28-year-old man willing to abandon religious protocol to save an animal’s life provides a ray of hope. Sarwan Singh, a resident of Punjab, did not give a second thought before using his turban to save a dog from drowning on an irrigation canal.

“I stopped my car and went over to check what was happening. I was shocked to see that there was a dog drowning but no was actually helping,” he said. ‘The moment I started taking off my turban, people watching around were shocked. They thought I was disrespecting my faith,” told the media.
Taking out the turban outside the house is prohibited in Sikhism, but Sarwan Singh dint stop when he saw the dog in trouble.
