The Indian National Congress (INC,) on the 2nd of October, released the list of 84 candidates contesting the Haryana Assembly elections.
The Party released the list on the night of the 2nd of October, fielding 16 sitting Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) for the Haryana elections.
According to sources, all the sitting MLAs, except Renuka Vishnoi, the MLA of the Hansi constituency, got the INC tickets to contest the Haryana Assembly elections. Bhupinder Hooda, the former Chief Minister of Haryana, was nominated to contest from the Garhi Sampla-Kiloi Assembly seat. Randeep Surjewala, the Spokesperson of the INCm will contest from the Kaithal constituency.
Kuldeep Vishnoi and Chander Mohan were nominated from Adampur and Panchkula respectively.
Ranveer Mahindra, a member of the INC, will contest from the Badhra Assembly constituency, whereas Kiran Chaudhary from Tosham.

Haryana will contest a total of 90 Assembly seats. The Assembly elections are scheduled to be held on the 21st of October. The major parties contesting the Assembly elections are the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the INC.
The results of the Haryana Assembly elections will be announced on the 24th of October.
