The Andhra Pradesh Government on the 11th of June, approved for the recruitment of teaching and non teaching staff in nursing colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, approved the recruitment in nursing colleges, which was established in 2014, under the reign of the Telugu Desam Party.

In 2014, TDP inaugurated nursing colleges in  Machilipatnam, Guntur, Srikakulam, Eluru, Ongole and Tirupati.

According to the YSRCP Government, TDP during its rule did not care about the recruitment of teaching and non teaching staff.

In regard to this, the YSRCP Government decided to hire the and approved 282 teaching and non-teaching vacancies in the Nursing Colleges of Machilipatnam, Guntur and Srikakulam.

Health Minister Nani said that the Government had given permission for 144 teaching and non-teaching staff to be recruited in Ongole, Eluru and Tirupati.

The State Government approved recruitment of 426 posts in nursing colleges.
