AP Municipal Election Campaign Ends Today, Polling On 10th March

On the 8th of March 5:00 P.M., the campaigning for the Andhra Pradesh Municipal elections ended.

Political parties like the Telugu Desam Party (TDP,) the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP,) the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the JanaSena Party concluded their campaigning.

In the 2021 Municipal elections, there is a tough contest between Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy’s YSRCP and Nara Chandrababu Naidu’s TDP.  Both the parties are in full swing to convince voters and secure a majority of seats in the A.P., Municipal elections.

While the YSRCP is confident of winning, the TDP is strategizing against the ruling party. 

According to the State Election Commission (SEC) rules, the election campaign was last held till 5:00 P.M., today.

The Andhra Pradesh Municipal elections for 12 corporations and 75 municipalities would be held on the 10th of March.  The results of the Municipal elections would be announced on the 14th of March.
