The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) led Andhra Pradesh Government decided to provide appointments to the families of village and ward secretariat employees who died in the line of duty, during probation.
Mr. Ajay Jain, the Special Chief Secretary of the Village and Ward Secretariat Department issued an order to this regard. The decision was taken as per the directions of Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
On the 27th of October, Mr. Ajay Jain issued the orders, which allow compassionate appointments to the families who lost their kin in the line of duty in Andhra Pradesh. It is to be noted, the Employees Union Trade, demanded jobs for the family members of those who died in the line of duty under the Andhra Pradesh Government departments.
The compassionate appointments would be made based on the vacant posts in the village and ward secretariats. Furthermore, the collectors and officials of the concerned departments should take action accordingly and update about the appointments of the vacant posts.
Meanwhile, after the announcement of the compassionate appointment, the representatives of the village and ward secretariat employees’ unions extended gratitude to the State CM Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
