Pithapuram: Former minister and Janasena leader Balineni Srinivas Reddy reaffirmed his unwavering support for Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, stating that he will stand by him regardless of political circumstances. Speaking at the ‘Jaya Ketanam’ meeting in Chitrada, Pithapuram, he also revealed that Pawan Kalyan had expressed a desire to make a film.
“As a witness from Pithapuram, I will always stand with Pawan Kalyan, whether he holds office or not. I have sacrificed a lot for politics, even selling half of the property inherited from my father. My family and I have suffered immensely under Jagan’s rule. He confiscated not just my assets but also those of my brother-in-law,” Srinivas Reddy said.
He accused former CM Jagan Mohan Reddy of orchestrating injustices, including the arrest of Raghurama Krishna Raju, and warned that past wrongdoings would not be forgotten. His statements reflected frustration over political vendettas and highlighted the challenges faced by opposition leaders under the previous administration.
