The Novel Coronavirus or COVID-19 cases crossed 2.53 lakh cases in Telangana till the 11th of November.
On the night of the 10th of November, the Telangana Health Department released a media bulletin, according to which, the State recorded as many as 1,196 new cases.
Of the total new cases, the highest number of cases were from the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC,) followed by Rangareddy (121,) Medchal Malkajgiri (101.)
Remaining cases were from other districts.
In addition to the 1,196 new cases, the State Health Department reported 5 death cases also.
With these updates, Telangana has a total of 2.53 lakh COVID-19 positive cases, of which nearly 18,027 people are active cases, 1,390 deceased and nearly 2.51 lakhs are recovered cases.
As many as 44,635 samples were tested on the 10th of November, for the Novel Coronavirus , taking the cumulative total to 47.29 lakhs.
In addition, Telangana has a recovery rate of 92.34 % and fatality rate of 0.54 % for COVID-19.
