The Telangana Education Department, on the 27th of April, extended the last date for submission of online applications for Telangana GurukulamUndergraduate Common Entrance Test (TGUGCET) 2021.
The TGUGCET examination is for admissions into first year UG courses of Bachelor of Arts BA/ Bachelor of Commerce Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Science (BSc.) After clearing the examination, the students would be eligible for admission in the Telangana Social and Tribal Welfare Residential Degree Colleges for Women and Men for the academic year 2021-2022.
The administration has extended the online application date to the 30th of May. In regard to this, the TGUGCET released an official notifications. initially, the exams were scheduled to be held on the 30th of May, but due to the current situation of Novel Coronavirus, the administration decided to postpone the examination. The revised exam schedule is yet to be announce and would be informed 15 days prior to the examination.
Meanwhile, the online application for the TGUGCET examination started from the 5th of February. This is the second time, the authority postponed the examination and decided to extend the application submission date. Previously, the application date was extended to the 15th of April and exams were scheduled to the 30th of May.
However, considering the second wave of the Novel Coronavirus, the administration decided to reschedule the examination.
