He is one of the few Heroes in Tollywood who is being launched in style for sure. He has already got a decent followers in social media and among the girls. The handsome hunk Akhil’s movie was launched in style few months back amid much fanfare, another hunk Nithin donning producer’s role for the first time. Movie is being directed by one of the potent directors of Tollywood, V.V.Vinayak.
With all these elements and Nagarjuna’s son getting introduced, there is absolutely no doubt about the box office performance. When a star’s son is launched, a lot of analysis goes in to finalizing the script basis previous launches, performances, fans expectation, audience pulse etc., as no one wants their kid to have an average launch. With Nagarjuna’s history at box office and the family being in the business for so many years, the scrutiny that went in to finalizing the director, script and crew would have been unimaginable.
Earlier today, the poster was launched with the film titled as “Akhil – The Power of Jua”. The first look of the poster is itself thrilling with it being completely against the norms of the format of a new starlet launch movie. Akhil holding a fireball with his eyes fixed to the sky with sun rays forming a reflection makes us realize it just might not be a love story for the chocolate boy, but a socio-fantasy thriller!!
We did some research on what the word “Jua” means from the tagline and it’s called “Sun” in Swahili language, well that answers half of the poster. The Producer-Actor Nithin also tweeted about the meaning of “Jua”. The music is composed by Anoop Rubens (Nithin’s favorite and Nag’s blue eyed maestro after Manam) & Thaman. With Vinayak style of movie making, it’s going to be a roller coaster for the audience with some adrenaline pumping BGM and action.
Looking at the poster and the message it tries to convey, Kudos to Akkineni family & Nithin to have chosen a different kind of movie not all the regular masala films or love stories..!!!
