New Delhi: After the 7th anniversary of 26/11 Mumbai attacks, the central agencies have reportedly received specific inputs regarding the possible attacks in Jammu and Kashmir by Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence(ISI), which has brought the militants of Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Hizbul Mujahideen and Jaish-e-Muhammed (JeM) to Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK).

Reports of the media suggest that, the intelligence agencies have said that the ISI has brought at least 30 militants from Peshawar and kept in a launching pad across the Line of Control(LoC). ISI has given specific directions to the militants to carry out attacks in Kashmir valley within a month, according to PTI.

The ISI wants the terror attacks to be carried out before the heavy snowfall in the valley that blocks the routes to India. The intelligence agencies are trying to get details about the terror operations, fearing a major attack in the coming days as they are aware of the three terror outfits’ capabilities.

“We are making every possible attempt to get all details of the operation which has been planned by the Pakistani establishment with the terror outfits,” officials
Meanwhile, the Centre has asked the security agencies to beef up security along the LoC and in Jammu & Kashmir.
