In yet another natural disaster an earthquake measuring at 8.4 magnitudes hit the coast of Mexico. The residents of the area have been advised to evacuate and a tsunami warning has also been issued.
The civil protection agency reported that the earthquake that struck 200kms South West of Tuxtla Gutiérrez on Thursday midnight was the worst the country has seen since 1985.
The Pacific tsunami warning center warned of hazardous waves making their way in the next three hours onto the coasts of Guatemala, Costa Rica, Panama, Mexico, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador.
After more analyses, it was reported that waves over 3 meters would hit parts of the Mexican coast.
More news is yet to come but at present only two people have been noted dead.
