
Eluru : The AP JAC Amaravati, led by State President Bopparaju Venkateswarlu, has called for the immediate appointment of the 12th Pay Revision Commission (PRC) for government employees. During the state executive meeting held in Eluru on Sunday, Venkateswarlu urged the government to fulfill its promise of granting an interim allowance to all employees as assured by the NDA alliance during the general elections.
He also demanded that pensions for retired employees be calculated according to the old scales and emphasized the need for the regularization of all contractual workers. AP JAC Amaravati’s State General Secretary, P. Damodara Rao, stressed that post-retirement benefits should be promptly disbursed and that all welfare schemes should be extended to neighborhood service employees.
In addition, the association announced new appointments: K. Sangeet Rao as State Treasurer, J. Srinivasa Rao as Co-Chairman, Prasada Rao as State Vice Chairman, and Anjaneyakumar as State Secretary.
