Amaravati: Following a resounding victory in the 2024 elections, the Jana Sena Party, led by President and Deputy Chief Minister K Pawan Kalyan, is launching a new active membership campaign across the state. The 10-day drive, running from July 18th to 28th, aims to bolster the party’s base.
Despite the active membership term expiring three months ago, Kalyan personally funded the renewal fees to avoid confusion during the elections. Now, the active membership registration program will restart for the year.
Nadendla Manohar, PAC Chairman and State Civil Supplies Minister, held a teleconference with party leaders to discuss the upcoming drive. Emphasizing the importance of active membership, Manohar highlighted their goal of registering 9 lakh active members, up from the current 6.47 lakh.
“This drive will bring people closer to our party and its ideology,” Manohar stated, also noting the party’s support for workers through insurance.
Party leaders stressed field-level coordination to ensure the drive’s success.
