Hyderabad: Khairatabad MLA Danam Nagender predicted ongoing migration from Bharat Rashtra Samiti (BRS) LP to Congress, foreseeing an imminent merger. With only four MLAs remaining in Bharata LP, Nagender handed over Kalyan Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak checks to beneficiaries before addressing the media. He criticized BRS’s management under KTR, alleging MLAs struggled to secure appointments with KCR.
“MLAs and MLCs lacking faith in BRS are joining Congress, where everyone is valued,” Nagender stated, highlighting past Congress initiatives like special development funds for constituencies. “Since BRS, development funds have dried up, with thousands of crores allegedly misappropriated,” he added, promising forthcoming revelations.
Nagender emphasized Congress as a sanctuary for disgruntled BRS members seeking respect and support. “Indian leaders are boldly safeguarding MLAs,” he affirmed.
