Hyderabad: A wild Bear escaped from Nehru Zoological Park at Bahadurpura in Hyderabad on Monday night. The bear was first sited by the locals.
The bear climbed the wall fencing of the zoo and fled away. Localites informed the police control room about it. Zoo officials took couple of hours before they managed to trap the bear back with the help of tranquillizers.
According to Zoo officials, the bear dug a big burrow in its enclosure and then escaped through it.
