Guntur: Members of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) have lodged a formal complaint at the Guntur Collector’s office, demanding immediate action against those responsible for the desecration of the Tirumala Laddu. In their petition, they called for the removal of non-believers from duty at Thithide and other shrines, highlighting concerns over perceived threats to the sanctity of Hindu temples.
During their address, VHP members emphasized that numerous temples across the state have faced attacks over the past five years. They insisted on strict measures against individuals who tarnish the reputation of these sacred sites. Furthermore, they urged the government to initiate a comprehensive inquiry into the alleged adulteration of Tirupati Laddu Prasadam.
The VHP expressed that it is the government’s duty to safeguard the sentiments of millions of devotees and Hindus. Additionally, they demanded that the management of temples be entrusted to their organization to ensure their proper oversight and protection.
