Pulivendula: Former Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy continued his visit to Pulivendula, engaging closely with YSRCP party workers, farmers, and local citizens at his Bhakarapuram camp office. Addressing the recent hardships faced by YSRCP members, he reassured party workers, urging them to remain resilient amid growing challenges since the coalition government came into power.
YS Jagan emphasized the importance of unity within the party and encouraged every member to embody a fighting spirit during these difficult times. Farmers, particularly onion cultivators, voiced their financial struggles, citing costs of over Rs. 1 lakh per acre without sufficient returns. The absence of a Minimum Support Price (MSP) has left many unable to cover even transportation expenses. YS Jagan vowed to advocate for these farmers, promising that the YSRCP would hold the government accountable for providing necessary support.
In his visit, he also met with family members of YS Prakash Reddy to inquire about their well-being, extended congratulations to newlyweds at DE Sridhar Reddy’s home, and visited YSRCP leader Vidyanand Reddy to congratulate another recently married couple, Madhuri and Narendra.
