Mr. S.C.V. Naidu, the former Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) of Srikaalahasti constituency in Chittoor, announced to rejoin the Telugu Desam Party.
Mr. S.C.V. Naidu quit the TDP ahead of the 2019 elections and joined the opposition Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP.) However, after spending four years with the Y.S, Jagan Mohan Reddy led YSRCP, he finally decided to return to the Nara Chandrababu Naidu led TDP.
All the arrangements regarding the joining of Mr. S.C.V Naidu was made, when at the last moment, Mr. Bojjala Sudhir Reddy, the in charge of TDP in Srikalahasti, opposed the inclusion of Mr. S.C.V. Naidu. In a viral audio tape, in which Mr. Bojjala Sudhir Reddy, expressed opposition to the joining of Mr. S.C.V. Naidu.
Due to the turmoil within party leaders, the joining of Mr. S.C.V. Naidu into the TDP has been postponed as of now. Notably, Mr. Nara Chandrababu Naidu is likely to hold a discussion and handle the situation.
