The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government issued orders of employment to the brother of Damera Rakesh, the 24 year old, who died during the Secunderabad Railway Station protest.
According to sources, on the 24th of June, Friday, Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, approved the employment to Damera Ram Raju, the elder brother of Damera Rakesh. The appointment of Damera Ram Raju would be under the compassionate grounds in a suitable post, as per eligibility.
Furthermore, the Warangal District Collector has been directed to take the necessary immediate action as per the order
Notably, on the night of the 17th of June, Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, announced an ex gratia of Rs. 25 lakh to the family of D. Rakesh, who lost his life after the Telangana Police opened fire, during yesterday’s protest. The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government also announced a government job based on qualification to one of the family members of D. Rakesh.
