According to the recent reports, It says, the Educational Minister of Jharkhand, Neera Yadav paid Shraddhanjali (a floral tribute) to the former President APJ Abdul Kalam.
She was not aware that Mr. Kalam attended the state’s biggest Agricultural Universities, which was a high profile event and even the Chief Minister of the state witnessed it which took place recently.
Among the two states none told the teacher that she was wrong. And no one else told the Education Minister they’re wrong either, even if a BJP MLA, school teacher and other authorities were present at the spot.
Later this issue was clarified in the popular news channel.”I only put a tilak on the picture and garlands were already placed on the pictures of other great leaders too.” says Jharkhand Educational Minister.
