Bhopal: Pensions hiked by 600% is something that we have never heard. Madhya Pradesh government has increased the ex-Chief Minister’s pension with over 600%.
At present, Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan earns Rs 2 lakh per month. The pensioners are very lucky to receive almost seven times more than earlier. Whopping increase from Rs 26,000 to Rs 1.70 lakh per month, reportedly.
This pension of Rs 1.7 lakh will not be given if a former chief minister of MP occupies a position in the Union or the State Cabinet.
