Harish Rao Questions Congress Over Telangana Water Crisis

Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader T. Harish Rao has accused the Congress government of creating an artificial drought in Telangana. He said farmers are facing problems due to poor irrigation water supply, power shortages and crop losses.

Harish Rao criticised Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy over the situation and demanded an apology to farmers. He claimed that the government had failed to make proper use of available water resources to support farming.

The former minister also blamed the government for failing to meet farmers’ irrigation and electricity needs. He argued that better management of water and power could help reduce the problems faced by the farming community.

The Congress government’s handling of agricultural needs has become a point of political criticism, with the BRS questioning its response to the situation.

However, Harish Rao’s claims are allegations made by the opposition leader and should not be treated as independently established facts.
