K.T. Rama Rao, the Telangana Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister of Telangana, inaugurated 288 units of 2 bedroom Hall Kitchen (BHK) flats in Hyderabad.
The flats were launched for the underprivileged people of Hyderabad under the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government’s Dignity Housing Scheme. The nine floor fall building, located at Pilligudiselu area of the City is completed at a cost of Rs. 25 crores.
The State Government released the huge amount to construct the buildings, which are of nine floors with 288 flats, elevator, cemented roads, paths, grocery stores nearby and other facilities for the people.
The building under the Dignity House Scheme was constructed on the land, which was a slum earlier. Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Working President of theTRS, took to Twitter and shared the before and after image of the locality, which is now a clean building and well constructed apartments.
During the inauguration event of the 2BHK flats, the Telangana Home Minister Mr. Mohammed Mahmood Ali, the All India Majlis e Ittehadul Muslimeen President Mr. Asaduddin Owaisi, the Hyderabad Deputy Mayor Ms. Mothe Srilatha Shoban Reddy and others were present.
