Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, the Information Technology and Urban Development Minister of Telangana, left for France on the 27th of October, Wednesday.
The Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Minister would be in Paris, France to attend the ‘Ambition India 2021’ conference. The event is scheduled to be held on the 29th of October, at the French Senate, Paris, France.
He would address the event as a keynote speaker and highlight ‘‘Growth: Drafting the future of Indo-French relations in a post-covid era.’
It is to be noted, Mr. Emmanuel Lenain, the Ambassador of France, extended the invitation for the Ambition India 2021 conference to Mr. K.T. Rama Rao. Mr. Emmanuel Lenain said, “We believe it creates a great momentum between France and India and would provide a good occasion to promote the State of Telangana. I would hence like to invite you to participate in person in Ambition India 2021, as a keynote speaker after the round table ‘Growth: Drafting the future of Indo-French relations in a post-COVID era.”
Accepting the invitation, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao flew to Paris. He was accompanied by Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, the Principal Secretary for IT and Industries and other senior officials of the TRS. Before leaving for France, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao expressed gratitude to be a part of the event. He said he would express his opinion and highlight the investment opportunities in Telangana using the platform.
During his France tour, the Telangana Cabinet Minister would also hold round tables on doing business in India including healthcare, climate, digital transformation as well as agribusiness. The Minister is scheduled to hold high-level meetings with French investors as well as facilitate B2B meetings between French and Indian companies.
