Hyderabad: Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, the Minister for Roads and Buildings, has made a bold prediction regarding the fate of the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) post the Lok Sabha elections. Speaking informally to media personnel at his residence on Friday, Venkat Reddy asserted that the BRS would face an uncertain future, potentially ending up empty-handed after the elections.

Venkat Reddy highlighted that the electoral battle in the current Lok Sabha elections is primarily between the Bharatiya Janatha Party (BJP) and the Congress, leaving little room for the BRS to secure a single parliamentary seat in Telangana.

Accusing the previous BRS-led government, helmed by Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao, of rampant corruption and mismanagement across various sectors, Venkat Reddy warned of impending legal consequences for KCR’s family members allegedly embroiled in corruption scandals. He confidently stated that those implicated in corruption and irregularities would inevitably face imprisonment in the near future.
