Hyderabad: Telangana IT minister and Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) leader K Taraka Ramarao (KTR) assured that they will conduct a meeting with unemployed youth and government job aspirants as soon as they come into power and issue fresh job notifications.
KTR conducted a chit chat with government job aspirants at Ashok Nagar on Monday and assured to revamp the Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPC). He said that they will focus on releasing an annual job calendar to fill vacancies. He said that the BRS government has assured to fill 1 lakh government jobs and they are in a process to fill 1.62 lakh vacancies.
KTR asserted that Telangana is the only state in the country to fill more that 1 lakh government jobs in the last decade and asked unemployed youth not to trust the false allegations of the opposition parties.
KTR said that he had explained to CM KCR about the employment situation and protests taken up by unemployed youth in the state. He assured that the number of Group-2 posts will be increased.
