Kurnool: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu announced plans to transform Rayalaseema into a green energy hub during the ‘Pedala Sevalo’ program in Putchkayalamada village, Kurnool. He emphasized the region’s potential to generate solar and wind energy, promising substantial employment opportunities for local youth.
Naidu also committed to completing pending irrigation projects to ensure water supply for every acre in the region. Furthermore, he proposed establishing a High Court bench in Kurnool, enhancing judicial accessibility for residents.
As part of the government’s welfare schemes, Naidu highlighted the distribution of pensions under the NTR Bharosa scheme, now amounting to Rs 4,000 monthly. He also pledged free cooking gas cylinders under the Super Six scheme starting from Deepavali.
In addition, Naidu outlined plans to develop Rayalaseema’s infrastructure, including the construction of a national highway from Kurnool to Bellary, and the establishment of Orvakallu as an industrial hub.
The Chief Minister reiterated his vision of making Andhra Pradesh a progressive state, despite current economic challenges, with a focus on employment, industrial growth, and sustainable development.
