Mr. G. Kishan Reddy, the Union Minister of Home for Telangana, challenged Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, the Chief Minister of Telangana, to win the Assembly elections.
The statement of Mr. G. Kishan Reddy came after the recent announcement of Mr. K. Chandrashekar Rao, who decided to enter national politics. Addressing the media, on the 3rd of October, Monday, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said, “Why KCR decided to plunge into national politics.” Addressing the media at the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Telangana Headquarters, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said, “The Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao is opting for national politics to protect, safeguard and for the sake of AIMIM party.” Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said that KCR called on the All India Majlis e Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) leader Asaduddin Owaisi before planning to plunge into national politics.
Criticising the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) Government, Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said that the KCR and family have done nothing for the people and have worked only for Kalvakuntla family members and its alliance the AIMIM.
In addition, Mr. Kishan Reddy challenged the TRS President to first win in the upcoming State elections in 2023 and later think of national politics. He said that the Kalvakuntla family members had nightmares of Central agencies like the Enforcement Directorate, the Income Tax department and Central Bureau Investigation, hence decided to launch the national party for the 2024 national elections.
Mr. G. Kishan Reddy said the TRS Government led by K. Chandrashekar Rao is making false allegations against the Central Government, led by the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP.)
It is to be noted, the TRS and the BJP Government is fighting to win the 2023 Telangana Assembly elections.
