According to sources, Mr. Avula Subbarao was first detained by the Andhra Pradesh Police, following which he was handed to the Hyderabad Police and the GRP.  Furthermore, for the past three days, Mr. Avula Subbarao was grilled and interrogated in regard to the Secunderabad Railway Station violence.
