On Sunday morning, a biker crashed into a car killing an 8 year old boy and himself. Reports came in that the biker identified as Sairam was traveling at 9:30 A.M. to Achampet.

Traveling Sairam tried overtaking an RTC bus from the bus. Unfortunately, he didn’t notice a car coming from the other direction and the two vehicles collided. This resulted in the biker flying up and landing on the roof of the car.

The bike’s front wheel rammed into the cars front window crushing Arshad, an 8 year old boy sitting in the passenger seat. The biker and the boy died on the spot.

Arshad was from Hyderabad and was traveling to Kadthal with his Grandfather to attend a family function. His grandfather survived the accident with minor injuries.

Sairam was traveling along with a friend Mogulaiah, who also got flung off the bike and sustained serious injuries.

The police have reported that a case has been registered under IPC accidental death and causing injuries.

Hyderabad has been witnessing a number of fatal accidents, this last week. On Saturday, an SUV who was allegedly drunk lost control on the car hitting two other cars. The accident happened at Madhapur, reports said that the driver was moving at a fast speed and in the collision claimed one person’s life.

On the same day, in Jubilee Hills two cars collided. Fortunately, there were no casualties but both the cars were badly damaged.

Among these multiple accidents, the most shocking were P Narayana’s son Nishit Narayana died with his friend. They duo was overspeeding and rammed into one of the Metro Rail pillars. A post mortem of the two victims reported that they had no trace of alcohol in their system.
