The Samsung Galaxy A7 was launched in India on Tuesday with its official grand launch in New Delhi around 12:35 P.M.
The new Galaxy A7 consists of a 6 inch full HD+, 1020X2220 resolution and Super AMOLED Infinity display. The phone will operate on Android 8.0 Oreo and has a battery capacity of 3,300 mAh. A triple rear camera at the back and a fingerprint sensor on the side are the USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) of this handset.
Samsung followed the trend and launched its first handset with triple rear cameras. The phone comprises a 24 megapixel (MP) back and front autofocus camera along with an 8MP ultra wide lens and a 5MP bokeh camera, providing its users with the ability to adjust live focus. The specification of triple rear cameras, the highlight of the new handset, will provide users with pro lighting and outstanding HD quality pictures, along with the added advantage of having a scene optimiser for the automatic enhancement of photos.
The price of the new model starts at Rs. 23,990 for the 64GB storage model and Rs. 28,990 for the 128GB storage variant.
The CEO of Samsung D. J. Koh said, “Samsung is committed to delivering meaningful innovation to all consumers across the Galaxy family, no matter who they are or where they are in the world. That’s why we’re excited to introduce innovative new features to the A series with the Galaxy A7. A practical but powerful device that is built to help make your every day both convenient and extraordinary.”
The phone will go on an exclusive sale on platforms like Flipkart and Samsung’s offline store and e store, on the 27th and 28th of September. Following this, it will be available on various online and offline platforms.
