Mumbai: Bankable couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh starrer “Bajirao Mastani” hit headlines for their sizzling chemistry and the hard work of the team. Now, the movie emerged as the 12th highest grosser Indian film.
The epic romantic drama managed to earned Rs 3.15 crore in its fifth box office weekend, making total earnings Rs 184.16 crore, according to the International Business Times.
Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the movie stars most alleged couple, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh in romantic lead roles. Global icon Priyanka Chopra also dazzled in an important role in the movie. “Bajirao Mastani” tells us the love story of Maratha legend Bajirao and his second wife Mastani. The film was received well by the audience and the lead actor and the director even won awards for their contribution to the picture.
