AP Budget Session To Begin In March End?

The Andhra Pradesh (A.P.,) Budget session is expected to begin from the 28th of March and the State Budget for the year 2020-2021 would be announced on the 31st of March.

The Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP) decided to conduct the A.P., Assembly Budget session after the local bodies elections in the State.

The local bodies elections like the Zila Parishad Territorial Constituency (ZPTC,) Mandal Parishad Territorial Constituency (MPTC,) Gram Panchayat elections and the Municipal elections would be over by the 29th of March.

Biswa Bhushan Harichandan, the Governor of A.P., would address the house in A.P., on the first day of the Budget session, the 28th of March.

Buggana Rajendranath, the Finance Minister of A.P., is scheduled to present the State Budget on the 31st of March.

However, how long the Budget session would continue is not yet decided.   The number of Budget sessions would be decided by the Business Advisory Committee (BAC.) This committee would  conduct a meeting after the 28th of March and decide how many days the assembly should be held and what matters would be discussed during the session.

An official announcement regarding the Andhra Pradesh Budget Session is yet to be made by the State Government.
