The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) Hyderabad issued a fresh summon to Mr. Y.S. Avinash Reddy, the Member of Parliament (MP) of Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.
This is the fourth time that the CBI issued a notice to Mr. Y.S. Avinash Reddy, the MP of the Yuvajana Sramika Rythu Congress Party (YSRCP.) In the fresh notice issued in connection with the 2019 controversial Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case.
The central agency has directed the MP to appear at its regional office in Hyderabad at 11 a.m. on May 22 The MP, who was to appear before the CBI on Friday, the 19th of May, had left Hyderabad for his home town of Pulivendula in Andhra Pradesh’s Kadapa district amid high drama.
Furthermore, after Mr. Avinash Reddy skipped the interrogation, the CBI issued a fresh notice, asking him to appear before them, on the 22nd of May. Monday.
Meanwhile, after the Supreme Court orders, the Hyderabad CBI is investigating the four year old controversial murder of Mr. Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy, a politician and the uncle of Mr. Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy, the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh.
The matter is still under investigation, and Mr. Y.S. Avinash Reddy is one of the suspects, therefore has been asked to appear before the CBI for interrogation and further investigation.
