As shocking as it looks, one of the ABCD 2 film cast Nilesh Nirbhavane was arrested last week, for allegedly physically abusing a 14-year old minor several times. What is more shocking, is that the girl is mentally challenged and Nilesh along with his two friends took advantage of her disability.
The police claimed that Nilesh and his friends used to lure the girl to come with them and later they would take her to isolated places like parks or public toilets and then assualt her. This act kept continuing for several days until the minor’s teacher noticed a change in the girl’s behavior. After questioning, she told the teacher what was happening with her and how she was abused.
The teacher informed the girl’s parents and eventually a complaint was lodged against the three of them on charges of assualt. Nilesh was brought in for questioning by the police and he later confessed to his crime. He has been charged under IPC (Indian Penal Code) sections 376D, 377 (unnatural offences) and 34 (acts done by several persons in furtherance of common intention).
