Mumbai: Actress Parineeti Chopra slammed a leading media house for cooking up a story between her and actress Sonakshi Sinha.
The reports says that Parineeti was upset when the organisers of the IIFA approached Sonakshi Sinha for performing on the stage. Parineeti, who is a classical singer, felt bad for not bagging the opportunity of presenting her singing skills at the IIFA.
A source said that Parineeti expected the organisers to approach her for the performance but act went to Sonakshi Sinha, who impressed the audience with her singing. The source also stated that Parineeti felt that she could have done a better job with the mic too on stage. And Parineeti was literaaly fuming by seeing Sonakshi performing, according to report.
The report also added that when they contacted Parineeti’s spokesperson, the response was, “Not at all.”
