Mumbai: TV actress Pratyusha Banerjee’s father Shankar Banerjee finally spoke to the media after the prayer meet which was held on Tuesday at Gurdwara in Mumbai. Pratyusha Banerjee’s prayer meet was attended by her mother, father and close friends.
Shankar Banerjee said, Pratyusha’s boyfriend Rahul Raj singh should be either hanged or kept in prison for the rest of his life. He has ruined my daughter’s life, she should get justice.
The 24-year-old actress father added, Rahul Raj Singh used to beat Pratyusha often and that he had lied to her about having a huge bank balance and properties.
Meanwhile, actress Rakhi Sawant, a close friend of Pratyusha, has said the Balika Vadhu star was “tensed” about her relationship with Rahul. Pratyusha committed suicide at her home in Mumbai on April 1.
